Sea Kelp
Algae
Nutritive, to Enhance Health, Boost Immunity, Detoxify.
Detoxification.
There is no family of foods more
protective against radiation and environmental pollutants than sea vegetables
... sea vegetables.
Without the seaweed and other micro-organsime, all water,
including the sea and oceans would turn in a big sewage. If a river or lake
becomes biological dead the best way to repair the damage is by putting seaweed
on the bottom and banks, secure it place with stones. In no time the river or
lake will start to rejuvinate.
Ongoing studies found that marine seaweeds
processed toxins to a much less harmful form, and in a way that did not appear
to harm the seaweed. The biochemistry involved, they say, is similar to that
found in many land organisms, but more powerful and effective. Until now, the
capability of marine seaweeds to deal with these toxins had never before been
demonstrated. They did not look at the absorption of heavy metals but new and a remarkable and
previously unknown capacity to detoxify serious organic pollutants such as TNT
or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The study is looking at not just TNT,
which is commonly found in munitions, but at polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,
such as naphthalene, benzopyrene and other PAHs that are sometimes associated
with the use of motorcraft or other causes.

Brown seaweed’s such
as kelp, rockweed contain alginic acid which can binds with the toxins in the
intestines rendering them indigestible and carries them out of the system. Alginate is non-toxic and is not reabsorbed into the rest of the
body from the gastrointestinal tract. Alginate is specific and consistent in
its reaction, is resistant to stomach acidity and the enzymes present in the
intestinal tract ... it has also been shown to have no adverse effect on the
ability of humans to assimilate calcium and other natural minerals.
The Polysaccharides
present in Sea kelp, several ‘seaweed’ pigments including chlorophyll, and all
the antioxidant vitamins and minerals, help cleanse the digestive tract, blood,
lymph, and kidneys, and neutralize cholesterol.
That Kelp is rich in Dietary
fiber which is generally accepted as having protective effects against a range
of diseases. The term ‘dietary fiber’ is used for plant material that resists
digestion by the secreted enzymes of the human alimentary tract but they may be fermented by micro flora in the colon. Most
hydrocolloids as present in seaweed can be listed as fiber. Increased fiber
consumption has been associated with lowering total serum cholesterol and LDL
cholesterol, modifying the glycemic and insulinemic response and protecting the
large intestine from disease.
Increase of fiber also to assist against,
colorectal cancer, coronary heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and diverticular
disease. Lack of fiber general seen as problem of Western society.
Non-digestible oligosaccharides therefor have aroused significant interest in
recent years due to their ability to stimulate growth of potentially beneficial
bacteria such as Bifidobacteria in the gut.
There has been information/ evidence for a long time
that Sea vegetation contains compounds which can bind with and remove toxins
from the tissues of animals and humans. Many people using seaweed for this purpose already some time. Now proven that
it can be used to compensate for
polluted food, compensate for air, water, land and products. The removal
of toxins from human and animal bodies
becoming more and more important than ever.
Your lifestyle and dietary choices can make an enormous difference to your lifespan and to your quality of life in later years.
